Product sales has increased by more than my sales for the past 2 days

So I don’t make a ton of money on Amazon, but for the past 2 days, I noticed some weird behavior. My product sales would go up, but there were no new sales that would make it go up.

I noticed it happened yesterday, and again this morning. It is around $100 at least, that I noticed. I’ve had decent sales for around the past 10 months, and every time I would see that number go up, there was an order associated with the increase, which makes sense. Is there anything else that would make that product sales number go up without an actual order? Some weird refund behavior, or something like that?
