Unable to advertise

I had a product I was advertising a year or so ago. I noticed sales stoped and found out the item had been deactivated due to a compliance issue. For some reason the advertisement was still running though. Amazon charged me $1,500 to advertise an item that didn’t currently exist in their catalog. I disputed the payment via my credit card and won the case.

I went to advertise a different product and it appears my advertisement account is blocked until I pay Amazon back the disputed amount. Anyone ever deal with this? Seems super scummy.
