Virginia Fulfillment center code ORF2 nightmare

I’ve been selling amazon FBA going on three years and shipments sent to amazon are for the most part accounted for a made available for customers relatively quickly. I noticed in the beginning of December all my shipments were going to a different fulfillment center in Virginia ORF2. My sales have been tanking in January and I was confused as to why considering I sent a lot anticipating good sales during holiday. According to amazon all of my shipments from December are still inbound. Ups says they delivered it, Amazon says they still haven’t received it. Not sure if its still in the trailer or something. If you try to cancel your shipment to have it sent to another fulfillment center, there is no guarantee the destination will change.

Just warning other fba sellers, do not trust this fulfillment center it’s a complete joke. I’m already down a lot of money and time for this. This is not right, I wish that sellers can get together and hold Amazon accountable for things like this.
