Winning but box

I’m competing with ONE person under this shoe listing & I can’t seem to win the box over him. Even though I’m priced lower & do 2 day shipping through prime unlike him, any suggestions what could help me make sales? My competitions has sold 5 pairs in the past 24 hours since my inventory became active.
