Add a Product Profit Numbers Not Showing

Newbie to RA and FBA. I have used the calculator on the Seller app in stores before to scan products and enter my cost of purchase in order to see how much profit I’d make off reselling that item. Today it has not been working and no matter what numbers I enter in, it will not generate a profit.

Does anyone know why? Have you had this problem before? Is that feature just down right now? Thanks!!
