You have no offers that are within 5% of the Featured Offer price.

Account health is normal, 0 negative feedback on account, professional seller plan, not many returns, been selling for coming up on a year now.

On the Featured Offer Overview section on amazon seller central I’ve noticed that it says “You have no offers that are within 5% of the Featured Offer price. ” under the “Eligible but not Featured” section. Why could this be happening? I mainly sell new books in plastic wrap and a few used books btw.

My buy-box percentage has been 0% for about 2 months now and I’m really confused if something happened that I don’t know. I used to have an acceptable buy-box percentage but I’ve lost a lot of sales because of not having the buy-box recently. I don’t know why it says that I don’t have offers within 5% of the Featured Offer Price because I’ve have many items up that have the exact same price as the current Featured Offer.

It’s not just that I’m losing the Buy-Box to amazon itself because I have quite a few listings where it’s a random FBM Seller Winning buybox over me when I have the same or lower price (within 5%). I’ve tried lowering my shipping times, trying to increase overall sale volume, lowering prices on some items but really nothing is working for me. Also, I have 0 items considered “Featured Item Ineligible” so how exactly are my 140+ listings not in either the Featured Item Eligible nor the Ineligable tab??? Anyone know why it’s telling me this?
