Listing a branded product before Brand Registry is complete?

Hi all – I’m in the process of getting signed up for Seller Central. Once completed, I plan to go through the Brand Registry process as well to register my brand name. My question is – can I list my product with my brand name while I’m waiting for the Brand Registry process to be completed? Or – should I wait until I have Brand Registry completed, and then list my product under my brand name? I know there could possibly be issues with linking the product to my registered brand if I create the listing before Brand Registry is done. Thanks!
