Intercept/cancel fba shipment to FC

As the title says, I have to stop delivery and get things returned. Anyone ever deal with this? UPS can’t help. You can guess what SS has done. FC doesn’t appear to have a publicly listed phone.

Ideally would prefer to stop all FC distribution and get the shipment set back instead of getting piecemeal returns.
