amazon fba barcode issues

so ive labeled and packadges all of my products. im sending all units with the same sku in 2 different boxes but for some reason amazon is telling me im not eligible to use manufacture barcode/sku. really confused considering im not using the regular sku im using the fnsku that amazon provided for me. how do i fix this???
