Product type issue

So I uploaded the product with the product type Pet bed mats. I got an error 8541 and a warning saying that this product should be under product type Rug. So I do an upload with rug as the product type. I get an error saying I cannot change what is already in Amazon’s catalogue which is Pet Bed Mat. Seller support told me to delete and relist after 24h which I did, still an error. I call support and they hang up on me two different times after I explained my issue, third guy told me to ignore the error. Only info I got from them is that in their system products are listed as pet bed mats.

Does someone know how to fix this? I can’t update my products because of all the errors.
