IP complaints not appearing

Has anyone ever had an IP complaint come in via Email, but it doesn’t show on your account health? I had one company have a few against me but they never appeared on my account. I also had a few disappear same day I received them on my account.

I just had a new one just now but it also didn’t come on my Amazon account health yet. Hopefully Amazon is changing their IP guidelines or something
