Seller Fulfilled Prime Trial Issue

Hello all, was wondering if anyone has had any issues with getting Seller Fulfilled Prime set up. We were approved for the trial and have created shipping templates to be automated by Amazon for two day and one day delivery. Everything we have done is exactly as Amazon requires, we’ve even confirmed with seller support that our shipping templates are set up correctly.

The performance dashboard for “Speed Metrics” is showing that not a single prime customer has been advertised next day or second day shipping so we are missing the mark on this metric by a lot.

I did a little test where I logged into my personal prime account and saw a Prime enabled offer show me that it would deliver free in 4 days. I then viewed the same product in incognito and was shown a next day delivery promise.

So my issue (TL;DR): Non-prime customers are seeing premium shipping options, but prime customers are not on the same products. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
