Give me some (white hat) tips to gain traction on new product
A couple of weeks ago, we launched our new product. It is an unique product and nothing like it exists. The product sells for around 200$. We sell about 1 a day (but expect final volume around 5-10 per day).
Can you please give your best practice on how to get the product some traction?
We are already doing some coupons and spending around 100$ per day on PPC (learning mode). We also did Vine. A+ content and decent bullets already in place.
What more can we do?
Some of the questions we have:
Should we price it aggressively for first few months to get the volume? We have enough inventory and financial power. Or would this somehow set a slippery slope for price? Should we drive external traffic (FB, Google) to Amazon page with attribution?
We already are selling with another product for more than 5 years so consider ourselves reasonable experienced with Amazon. New product is in the same category as previous product but different sub-category. We have really kept things on the good side of Amazon and we want to keep it that way. So not interested in black-hat tactics.
What should we be doing during Q3 so that we get a decent Q4?
