Product approved but still can’t list – new to Amazon Seller

Hello! Appreciate any help. I tried to list a Funko Pop to sell,I was alerted I needed approval, I applied via the App for approval and it said approval granted (yay!). But every time I scan the item to list for sale, it says the same thing (Requires approval). Is there a delay from which I have approval to when it is cleared to list? It’s been well over 72 hours. And would I receive any email notification about being approved or is it usually just the on-screen notification? Thanks much!
