How to stop Chinese sellers from piggybacking on my listings ?

I sell print on demand hats via merchant fulfilled on amazon. I have 3 chinese sellers that recently jumped on my listings and are now selling them for much cheaper. All my listings are under my brand, however, the brand is not trademarked. Will signing up for brand registry and filing a trademark help me get them removed ?
