😧 Problem!! Can’t create new product listings anymore…

Hello, Ever since we have enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, we have NOT been able to create new product listings with a new GTIN (UPC) code I purchased from the GS1 website. Not sure if our troubles are related to the recent brand registry, but all other attempts before this went through flawlessly. When trying to add a new product to Amazon’s catalog, we get the following message beside the Product ID field: “The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN” (please see screenshot attached below). We just purchased the new GTIN (UPC) from the official GS1 site a few days ago, and no matter how many times we try to input it, we receive the same message. We have already made numerous attempts to contact Amazon Seller Support, but they have provided no good resolution to our issue. Trying to get this new product listed ASAP to print labels for my vendor, so any advice is very much appreciated! submitted by /u/coltyolty |
