Need help, how do you sell a product through Amazon

Hey everyone,

To make long story short my husband and I are trying to sell products through the Amazon fulfillment service. The possible problem that I think the reason is preventing us from selling anything, is we might need to trademark our products brand. Does anyone know if Amazon infact requires you to Trademark your brand? And if so, will Amazon let you sell your products if your Trademark is pending?

Sorry if this does not make much sense. And we do have our bussines already registered.
