Brand keeps getting rejected

Hello,

I am trying to sell a product on Amazon, I have a manufacturer. I have registered barcodes on GS1. It won’t let me list the product with my GTIN or EAN.

It won’t let me apply for an exemption. Someone recommended to create a brand. So I got a letter from the manufacturer stating they were happy for me to sell my product on Amazon. I got them to fix labels to the product with the brand name however Amazon are rejecting the brand application as it’s not ‘permanent’

It is clear plastic so I am unsure how I can print it onto clear plastic without custom 3D printing which surely they don’t expect?

Can anyone advice? I have been trying to create the listing for 30 days. I have sunk a lot of time into this including 2 months of market research.
