Reselling partner going out of business and owes us 100K. Can we do anything through Amazon to get our product back?

Our reselling partner, Packable (previously Pharmapacks) is going out of business. Right before their announcement they made an order of 100K (payment terms are usually net30) and it seems they don’t intend to pay as we are unable to get anyone who can even reply to our emails or phone calls.

We are a small business, so 100K is a lot for us. Does anyone have any advice or insight on what can be done through Amazon in this situation?

We would like to at least get our product back from the Amazon warehouse or get the product ASN so we don’t have to start from scratch?

I see there is an option to transfer, but it requires action from the seller/company and as mentioned before, we can’t get anyone to answer us from the company.

Any thoughts or advise would be greatly appreciated.
