Reporting other seller’s

There are a few Sellers that I’ve come across that are breaking obvious rules. Main image taken from a cellphone and not on a white background and using a trademarked brand in the title description for an item they are not selling.

Do you report other sellers for these violations? How is it recieved by Amazon and is anything done about it?
