Not having any luck with Amazon Seller Support. Product unsearchable

Has anyone had any luck with amazon seller support?

I was under the illusion as an amazon buyer and card holder that amazon could do no wrong and was incredibly well organized.

Now a as a seller it just seems clunky and support is non-existent. We have put in 20 support tickets in 6 months and never had a single issue fixed.

Amazon put our product, a drinking card game(dare or dare), into the category of water crackers. After 10 tickets they could not fix it and our product stayed in water crackers for 6 months.

A month ago attempting to recategorize the product into PC-Games(still wrong) Amazon made the product unsearchable. 4 tickets, multiple phone calls and contact with amazon launchpad we have been told “we are looking in to it” and “Why don’t you put in a ticket”.

Amazon has torpedoed our formerly steadily growing sales and is making no moves no fix anything. Any suggestions on what we can do?

In anticipation of some answers the product is listed as active and can be found by rank in pc-games or if you have bought it previously or have it saved in your cart. You can not search it by name anymore or in any like category.

We had 270 sales in 6 months and in the last 3 months prior to becoming unsearchable had more than 60 a month.
