Even after buys a GS1 barcode, Amazon won’t list my product

Hi,

I had manufactured a brand new product and have 100 to trial selling on Amazon. I bought an approved GS1 barcode and I’ve tried to list it, Amazon still can’t find it and doesn’t list it. I keep contacting support for help and they keep sending me around in circles on getting it listed.

– They ask for product selling authorization letter – which I have sent 3 times now

– They asked me to manually upload – still doesn’t show the product

– They have asked me for my GS1 certificate – I have provided multiple times

They have never said whether what I have provided is fine or not, in fact when I ask for clarification that all the documents are fine they have just closed the ticket.

Is this a normal issue??
