Merchant Region

After finally getting my account after it being hacked(6 months). I login and only have the option of selecting the Japan region, and UK region. I sell only on the North American account. There is no option besides those 2. Any one had this issue before? I can’t login in the NA region so therefore I can’t contact customer service. Any info or help would be appreciated.
