Am I allowed to sell this?

So there’s this product that I’ve noticed isn’t sold on Amazon unless it’s the listings that are imported from china where it charges a fee for shipping, which means it isn’t being sold through Amazon FBA. Therefore, I’m planning on selling this product through FBA so it’s more reachable to consumers. HOWEVER, this product is almost an exact copy of the original company that sells them through their website. Would I be able to still sell it if I put my listing as “Generic” and don’t list any brands in my title or description? The product itself has no branding on it and neither does the packaging it comes in. I would truly appreciate any input, Thanks!!
