“Your account has been temporarily put on hold due to unusual activity.” I sent my driver’s license, bank statement, and credit card statements, and am STILL on hold. THEY said that they were going to cancel my outstanding orders and inactivate my inventory list (>6,000 items) but they haven’t, and I know this because I’m still getting orders – orders that I cannot fill, nor can I contact the buyers to let them know there is a problem because I cannot access my account. That also includes contacting their customer service, for all the good it would do (NOT!). Period.
Yes, I even tried changing my password. No dice.
This all started on the 11th, so I’m wondering if they will unlock my account on Thursday, the 19th. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?
