A+ Content Eligibility
I am starting to update/create the A+ Content for my brand. Although my seller account is new, my brand has had a presence on Amazon for a while and we have had one of our FBA sellers managing this content for us. Now that I am going to take that back in house, how do I gain control of my ASIN’s? What is the best strategy? I am currently the Admin and Rights Owner for the brand via BR (which I also manage), and my seller account is also designated as the Brand Owner in seller central. When going to update my first product’s A+ content to test the process, not all the child ASIN’s are “eligible”. This is the message that is displayed – “You are unable to add content to this ASIN because there is an existing retail contribution on this ASIN.”. Well that’s great it has a contribution, but as the designated brand owner via multiple different approvals on Amazon’s system, why can I not override that? The current product in question has outdated A+ Content on some of the Child ASIN’s and I want to have All ASIN’s to A) display the same information and B) Be able to update the A+ content with new logos etc in the future as those things come out. So what do I need to do here to get control over these stuck ASIN’s? Amazon has been completely unhelpful as always, not even sure what their seller central customer service department does but it is not helping out their customers.
