Account Application Stuck At Verification Stage
Hi, I am having a really frustrating time trying to complete my seller account application.
I have uploaded 2 x forms of ID, one has been accepted, one I keep getting an automated message saying the ‘ID number does not match the number entered in Seller Central’. The numbers do match, I assume it is a mistake with the verification software.
I am now stuck at this stage as I do not get the option to upload any alternative documents, or change anything. When I try and change anything on the application I just get to the verification page and get the message ‘ Verify the document type, document number, expiration date and country of issue provided’.
I have tried to raise this problem with seller support but just get automated emails telling me the ID numbers don’t match and to amend the number or submit more ID (which it won’t let me do).
Has anyone had similar problems and been able to resolve this?
