Account deactivated due to false claims by other sellers..PLEASE HELP!
I’ve been at ends with Amazon for the last 3 months and just repeatedly hitting a brick wall with them!
I’ve purchased some branded tech from a decently large reputable Chinese company. I’ve done this before with other large Chinese companies with no issues. I purchased the stock from Alibaba, ensuring the goods are genuine and authentic by obtaining samples and the suppliers letter of authority/certificates to manufacture these goods. I’ve ordered from these suppliers before and they’ve produced genuine goods.
I bought 4 different items, had it shipped from China to my house where I checked the items and then sent them to Amazon for FBA. The 4 Asins had another seller on each of the listing, 3 different sellers on 4 different Asins.
Immediately the other seller on 2 of the listings reported my items as counterfeit to Amazon, before I had made any sales. Amazon immediately blocked my account and demanded to see an invoice for the goods to prove they are genuine.
On the other 2 listings, I made a few sales for about a month before the seller (it was the same seller selling on these 2 listings) also reported me to Amazon claiming I’m selling counterfeit products.
I’ve now sent the invoices, Alibaba order sheet and contracts, certificates from the manufacturer stating the items are genuine and letter of authority from the reseller confirming they are authorised to sell. I’ve sent this information at least 4 times now and each time I get a template response stating they need to see the same evidence again. I’ve asked them several times to state whats wrong with the information I’ve sent and if they could elaborate or clarify exactly what they need so I can get it for them but no human response on any of them.
I’ve tried to reach out to the sellers directly, 2 of them have completely ignored me. One of them did engage over email and said if I remove the items from FBA they will retract their complaint and will allow me to sell as FBM but I’m unable to remove the items as Amazon as blocked my account.
I’ve tried calling the team deals with these claims issues but the customer service has said their is not way to put me through to that team, they are emails only. They also don’t have a way to escalate it or have a supervisor look at it, it’s literally only that one email and on my Seller Account portal.
I’ve got to a point where I have even given up trying to fight it and just wanted to get my stock back but even thats locked in.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this? Is there anyone I can escalate this to in order to have a human look at the case? It just feels like the first person to raise a false counterfeit claim wins the Asin at the minute which is totally unfair!
