Account deactivated due to suspected design infringement – out of options?
Just wondering if anyone could help me out, my account has been suspended due to suspected design infringement. I sell Camel Thomson tartan products and Amazon removed my listings because apparently, they infringe Burberry check pattern. It’s been almost a month that my account is deactivated on 4 marketplaces, I am losing money every day and I feel like I am out of options. I keep receiving the same generic answers from amazon and even contacted Burberry themselves who admitted there is no infringement and advised they will contact amazon themselves.
In the meantime, I appealed 4-5 times each marketplace with a detailed plan of action, letter of authorization from my supplier (who is an official manufacturer and seller of Camel Thompson tartan products), invoices, a letter from our copyright/trademark lawyer stating there is no infringement, Tartan Authority comment stating these two patterns are separate identities under different registration numbers, a detailed explanation of differences between the patterns, a screenshot from email from Burberry (stating there is no problem on their part) and I still get the same whole of nothing – Amazon doesn’t seem to understand what I am saying.
Please help me I am really desperate, I’ve been selling on Amazon for years, spent money on a lawyer and never had such issue.
