Account under review until I get feedback from buyers
I’m a new seller. I don’t sell high volume, but my products are fairly high in price. I’ve made 6 sales in the last few weeks. After a pending order of an especially high priced item ($3k), my account came under review. The pending purchase was eventually cancelled either by Amazon or the buyer. Amazon contacted my saying that my account was under review, and to provide them with some information, which I did. They responded and said that my account would be under review until I receive some feedback from buyers. I can still make sales, but will not be paid until the investigation is complete. Cash flow may become an issue for me if this goes on for too long.
How long could I expect this process to take? As I only make a few sales per week, it seems it may take some time until I get some feedback from buyers. Is there anything I can do to encourage buyers to provide feedback that would be within Amazon’s rules? I was thinking of shipping all of my orders with faster shipping (to potentially get feedback more quickly and also to help satisfy my customers), and including a note inside the box thanking them for the purchase and encouraging them to leave feedback if they are satisfied. Would this be a good thing to do? Is there anything else I could do to expedite this?
