Adding new products once “Brand Registered”?

I’m having trouble getting packaging approved through “Brand Approval” because my brand brand has “and” in it and my packaging design has “&” in it instead of “and”.

My question is, once I get approval through Brand Registry, will I still need packaging approval every time I list a new product under my brand? I’m nervous about spending the money for a trademark and getting brand approval and then facing the same challenge as I am now with the “Brand Approval” process.
