Am I allowed to sell branded items from other countries?

I’ve noticed a distinct lack of educational toys from my mother’s home country. I know in that country there are a ton of toys that would sell well in the US but they are all branded/have popular characters on them. Would I be allowed to sell these toys on Amazon? Apologies if it’s a noob question, I’ve read the guidelines and didn’t see anything about international brands.
