Am I doing this right..?
I’ve started selling used books on Amazon approx 2 weeks ago. I started with a number of my own books and have been buying more to sell.
I just wanted to check if I am doing everything correctly as I am a little paranoid that something will go wrong.
So 1. I find the exact edition of the book I want to sell on Amazon. 2. I click “Sell on Amazon” 3. I set my prices etc 4. When it sells, I print a packing slip and put the packing slip and book in a bubble envelope 5. I write the address of the buyer on a label and stick that on the envelope 6. I use a website to tell me how many 2nd class stamps to put on the envelope according to the weight and I put them on 7. Put in postbox 8. Confirm dispatch via Amazon seller app.
I want to know; – Am I missing any steps? – How long do I have to wait to get paid? – Are 2nd class stamps suitable for sending books domestically? Ie has anyone experienced any issues?
