Amazon Affiliate/associate program

Hello. I am currently a private label seller with a BRAND APPROVAL. I do not have complete brand registry yet. I sell fitness products. Am I able to have Amazon associates and affiliates add my products without the registry or is that one of the benefits of getting trademarked and registered.

If so what are some tips or experiences you have had with using affiliates to generate sales. Any input helps. Thank you
