Amazon Barcode Missing

I have my manufacturers label all my units with the sku label for me. On a shipment I had landed from a manufacturer, 102 of the 250 unit shipment had an incorrect Amazon barcode. I was notified by Amazon and they are correcting the issue on their end, but my question is how will this affect me in the long run? (Buy box wins, account health, shipment performance, etc.)? This is my first shipping issue I’ve had
