We have been trying to enroll in the Brand Registry. We do own the Brand but everytime when we go through the application process, we face the same error. Tried to contact amazon support but they will not provide a clear information on the issue. Did anyone face the same issue and were you able to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
The error message shows:
“Due to your current account status, you are not eligible to enroll a new brand in Amazon Brand Registry at this time. If you are appealing an action taken on your account, please submit your appeal by clicking the “Reactivate your account” button in the Account Health section of Seller Central. If you want to submit additional information, click on the “View appeal” button and submit additional information as requested. Alternatively, you can submit the restore the account status by following the instruction shared in your notification email.”
