Amazon Business Account

I received an email from Amazon that they have a promotion for $79 for a business account. Just curious if anyone here has any input on the Amazon business account. I currently have Amazon Prime on a regular account separate from my Amazon seller account. Want to read the pros & cons with having an Amazon business account versus regular prime account.
