Amazon Capacity Limit

I have just finished setting up my listing and getting ready to tell my supplier to ship the goods from China to US. When I am at the creating shipping info, it says I have exceeded my capacity.

Then I checked the capacity monitor, it says I have 15 cubic feet of space only. What is going on? Any tips?
