Amazon dispatch glitch

Amazon issue: Items handeling time is set for 2 days to dispatch but currently amazon experiencing problem because if the customer order with recorded delivery the items need to be posted immediately. (Bway all items are custom made) This put extra work load on me and after 2 weeks of complaints to customer service they doing nothing about it. Anyone else experiencing the same problem or just me? I really like to know. Thank you
