Amazon FBA approval question

Hello,

I recently got into Amazon fba retail. I wanted to know about the approval process.

For example I applied for Peleton bran approval and I got in but I need separate approval for Peleton products, which requires an invoice. So what’s the different and why is brand approval exist?
