Amazon is taking forever to accept me and responds to emails like a bot.

I have been trying to sell with Amazon for over a week now. Had a verification call but no one showed up. Then didn’t let me reschedule it, then told me I don’t have to anymore and I’m good to go but website just says they’ll reach out to me soon. Email them and all they ask for is another piece of info that is completely irrelevant making me have to open an entire new ticket. Seems like they don’t actually even try to help. Anyone got advice?
