AMAZON MISSING UNITS ADVICE??

I had a bunch of shipments that I sent out to amazon FBA late December, at least 3 of those shipments have came up as closed and none of the units were accounted for. Im not sure what to do, i’ve opened a few cases but they said there is nothing they can do about it. Is there any advice to get reimbursed on these missing shipments??
