Amazon not supplying patent identification for patent infringement claim

I have generic goods from China that I have rebranded and repurposed to be my own brand. I am brand registered. Another seller has put forward a design patent infringement claim against my listing, but Amazon are not supplying information of the patent I had violated. I need this information so as to be able to prove that I am under no violation.

How can I get them to give me this? They simply will not cooperate.
