Amazon Partnered Shipping from India to the US

I am desperately exploring ways to ship goods from India to the US and I came across with this Amazon partnered program with quite competitive rate but it asks me to provide a GST number. I don’t have one since I am not from India, but is it possible for non-India based sellers to use this service?
