Amazon re-verification

Hello I recently got a message from Amazon to re-verify my account. I made this account long ago and had not put my real name on it. The corp entity is all correct though even having a state certificate. Should I change my account info to the correct name before I start the re-verification process? They sent out a message requiring a form of government ID
