Amazon returns Issue

Hi All, I sell cosmetics on amazon and we are getting a huge amount of returns of lipsticks. We tried to find out what is going on but all it says is customer return, which comes back looking used and Amazon deems it unsellable. I’m genuinely concerned people are using them once or twice and then returning them. Is there a way I can find out what is going on? Thank you!
