Amazon seller account deactivated.

My amazon seller account got deactivated because I created a new seller account. I then did the live verification and uploaded the documents but I was told that I failed the verification. I called support and they said that my account will remain deactivated forever and I won’t be able to get it back. Does anyone have a solution to this problem.?
