Amazon Seller Account Suspended and Deactivated

I wanted to sell on Amazon as a sole prop and submitted my passport and a bank statement for verification. Once it was approved, my account was deactivated shortly thereafter. It was apparently over some section 3 thing, and now they’re asking for a utility bill or a business license.

Since I’m a sole prop, I don’t have a business license so I’ve sent them a utility bill. The only issue is that I have only 1 utility bill to my name which has now been rejected 3 times. And after the 3rd time, I got a notification that my account is now suspended.

I’m so fed up and I have nothing else left to send to them. But I should mention that I’ve redacted any dollar amounts and my account number on the utility bill. Is that what is causing the issue?

Does anyone have any experience in getting past this?
