amazon seller customer service Pro/Cons?

I am a new seller and I am thinking of paying the 40$ per month to use Amazon’s seller customer service . Before investing in it, I would love to know pro/cons from people who have already using the service.

What’s working? What could be improved ? Where is it falling short and general advice if the company would listen!
