Amazon Seller is not allowing me to signup

I tried creating an Amazon FBA account but the site is not allowing me past the select your marketplace prompt. Ive never created an seller account before. I just have the basic Amazon account for purchases.

I’ve been trying for days and I’m still not able to create account. I keep getting the same error message:

“Invalid Access You do not have permissions to view this page”

I’ve created several different emails. Deleting my main Amazon account. I tried signing up on other devices/computers and still no resolve. Does anyone know a way to fix this issue?

Also, I reside in the US. I’m not sure if anyone else here is having the same issues
